Physical prenatal exercise increases your strength and flexibility, while it strengthens your muscles. This will help you throughout pregnancy and it will also prepare your for the natural process of labour.

Prenatal workout

The program consists of mild exercises, relaxation and breathing techniques and embedded exercises. Embolization exercises are exercises that help the fetal head adapt to the entry of your pelvis. Relaxation and Breathing techniques will help you connect with your baby, trust your body and be physically ready for a normal normal delivery.

Postnatal workout

Physical exercise during the litter period can begin immediately after childbirth. We begin with simple exercises and gradually add more intense. Cesarean-born women postpone the exercises for 4 weeks after cesarean section.
